One of the key founding philosophies of Showbiz National Talent is that consistency in new decision making is vital when it comes to changes and implementations of new ideas. We have made changes along the way to better serve our clients needs. For the 2011 season, we are going back to our roots and fine tuning the entire organization to concentrate on limiting the number of shows we do each week. Bigger isn't always better so we will know that each event will have a quality staff to assist our participants needs. In addition, for 2011 we will present two outstanding National Finals in the summer rather than four or five. By providing quality over quantity of shows, we will bring together the best of the best from across the country for a true National atmosphere. David Westerfield, Founder and CEO of Westerfield Management, Inc, started Showbiz National Talent over 23 years ago and has since continued to develop programs for studio directors and dancers. With strong morals and beliefs, Showbiz has set a standard of excellence by standing behind family values that are evident within every aspect of our company. The kindness and caring of a dedicated professional staff has made an impression on many and makes Showbiz a very memorable event to attend. Teachers will be greeted like they are part of a family rather than a client and will feel confident that their choice to attend Showbiz will be a wonderful selection for the entire studio family. Dancers and students will know that at Showbiz they will dance for a very strong panel of judges and that every detail to offer them the best dance experience will be met. The quality that we offer speaks strongly of our vision for the future of dance. The most important thing that participants will walk away with by attending Showbiz is a feeling that their hard work and dedication towards something they love as much as dance is very appreciated and enjoyed. At our events awards are given in a way that makes everyone feel proud of what they have accomplished regardless of the score. Showbiz will kick off the 2011 tour in January with 24 regional cities scheduled, followed by the two National Finals in the summer.
