I have used shuttle me for 3 months and have had all POSITIVE experiences. Professional, prompt, and very reasonably priced.

If I could give 0 starts I would! I called the day before to schedule my 4:15 am pickup to catch an early flight out of New Bern. At 3:45 am the day of the flight, I called to verify my pickup, and there was no answer. I called again at 4:15 am, and still no answer. No one ever showed up, and I never got a call explaining why. If you want to have a reliable taxi service, do NOT use this one!

Charged $20 for 3.9 miles that was less than a ten minute ride.

Called about their service & rates. She was very rude and short with me...no Customer Service to be had. Decided not retain their service and could not recommend it either. I rate 1 star because they answered the phone call.

This guy is a classic con artist. Charged me $25 to go 4 miles. Are you kidding me? Be sure and complain to the airport. Takes people in his personal car, a class 1 felony.

Called to request hours and location, and was hung up on. Incredibly rude individual on the other end of the line. Would not recommend.

Shuttle was there to pick up at airport (really small small vehicle) so I did give two stars for showing up. However price quoted was higher with an additional 12 dollars for late night or early morning. (After 10 pm or before 7 am) What? Driver was polite but had no gps so I had to direct to destination that I wasn't really sure of. I used New Safeway the trip back to airport for half the cost. Wouldn't recommend unless stranded ! And get the price in writing.

Called two days in advance for a 4:30am pickup. That morning no shuttle. Called driver and he said he forgot me and was still in New Bern. Do yourself a favor and use any other service.

Seven Marines and myself flew into Newbern and he was already waiting for us. He said he would be able to drive us to the base. We asked him to take us to a local hotel because it was late. We had a couple thousand pounds of gear and he had a bus. So we loaded all of our gear and started driving. By the way he just stood there and watched. The ride was only about 10 minutes long and half way into it he told us that he hoped we all had $20. So when we got to the hotel he charged 8 Marines $160 to travel for 10 minutes. Do not go with this guy. He will rip you off.

The driver stated that "he did it in his head". After a few questions he stated that he charged about a dollar a minute from when the time he gets the call to when he arrives back at where he got the call from. We were forced to pay the "full fare". Do not be fooled by this one-man cab service. He is out to take advantage of out-of-towners and locals alike.
