BED BUGS IN STUDIO AT 4823 BOULDER HWY.!!!

Checked in on Saturday, by Sunday night, I have over 60 FESTERING BUG BITES!! Sunday at 8:00am, I called to report INFESTATION, and Kathleen told me I can't be relocated to another apartment, maybe Monday!! DON'T YOU THINK I SHOULD BE RELOCATED AND ISSUED A REFUND?!? This is sickening, and I'm here to rest!

Siegel Suites Fremont, I just moved to Vegas from California. I wanted to be close to Fremont and this was the best place for me. It's very convenient for me. There's several things to do. I stay downtown. I like the safe atmosphere that the staff gives. I actually feel safe, knowing the presence of metro is always around. Since I've been here, there have been several community projects that have taken place. This is an great place to start over, and I would recommend this property to all my friends.

I have been at Seigle Sutes for about 2 months now and when we got here there was no fire alarms up and the ac had nothing to detour the air flow so you could have it go where you wanted so you froze your *** off. On Christmas Day at about 6:00pm me and some friends were all talking and all of the sudden we saw water flowing in from the bathroom. ALOT of water.. so much that we didnt have time before the water made it up to the kitchen. The place was flooded and had a good 2 inches in the bathroom standing water. Upon freaking out and nearly getting electrocuted we called the so called after hours emergency line and got a lady who was the answering service for these jerks. She sent out a maintenance guy who showed up with a wet/dry vac and sucked up some of the water from the bathroom and part of the flood from the bedroom (so they call it) and the so called dining area.. (A JOKE)



He said he was not getting paid to help us and I told him that I didnt give a **** because I had paid my rent.. (You have to understand that it was our Christmas too and it was totally ruined and everyone was pissed)



So after having the "I dont give a **** attitude" that this guy had he left and soon after the place was just as wet as it was before he showed up. It was so bad that the people 2 storys below us had water coming down on them.. I might outa mention that the toilet had been having problems flushing 2 months before and after telling them... they did nothing..



Anyway.. after a night of sloshing through the water I called thier answering service again and told the lady that i wanted to talk to the manager and for her not to send the maintenance guy over again because he was a flop.. so she said, "sure i will have the manager call you"... So after about 10 minutes guess who calls... the maintenance guy... and he told me "Did you guys flood the place again"........Pissed me off that they truly thought it was my fault that the place had water flooded in it.. I hung up on the *******.



So ended up saying the hell with it and went to sleep with the wet musty bs mess to deal with it the next day.... So I called "Genie" and she did not care about nothing at all and told us that they would not move us and again they acted like it was our fault that the place was like that.



Now we have to walk around in the so called appartment/****hole with the sound of water squishing around and the smell of dirty socks all around..



Point being........... Anyone who allows this sort of thing to happen and not give a **** about it.. nor appologize about the situation should not have a job or business.. They even told us we would have to pay to move to a differnent room!!!!



This place is Terrible and I would not want anyone to go through the hell it has been to live here. People here dont care about any human being and you dont need to spend your money here when you can do much better at the nearest slum motel... I will be leaving in a week to get the **** out and when i do.... They will hear my rant!!!
