My wife Val and I have always enjoyed Silk Hat we've 'performed' with them alot. Very knowledgeable and always a blast. Anyone who has had another type of experience hasn't been with them for as long as we have. Thanx for all the great times Anne!!!!!!

I've had previous experience with this company, and she is always rude, whether it's a party or at a bar. She doesn't like answering questions and makes no effort to be nice to the singers. There are plenty of karaoke/dj companies out there, I would recommend any of them before hiring Silk Hat ever again

This was a free party won from a contest, so maybe it was the reason for lack of concern of service from this company. The KJ was barking and rude she sat in the corner irrated and any questions from the wedding guests about songs her answers were smarty and rude. Most of the guest did not continue to sing because of abrupt answers and tone. It placed a damper on the eve, several guest commented to the Bride and Groom about the KJ, all of the younger kids were affraid to approach her. This kind of business needs friendly and patient KJs. I would not recommend this Karaoke Co. for any party large or small.
