Provided by YP.comI booked Silver Ridge for my September 2007 wedding. I had multiple issues with them. They first charged me the full amount, when I was told half was due up front, half would be due a week prior to the wedding. Then a few months later, they re-charged me the full amount on my credit card. It took me 2 weeks to recover that money back. I arrive at my wedding, I had contracted for 2 cars, only 1 showed up, supposedly the Rolls Royce broke down. I am not sure even if they have Rolls Royce cars at all. The driver had no idea where she was going, even though I provided full directions prior to my wedding. They wouldn't reimburse me for the car that never showed. I ended up having to take them to small claims court, it took me 6 months to get my money back that was owed to me. They were the most unprofessional service I have ever used.
