I live on a 100-foot-high bluff. I wanted a trees service company to trim the trees growing on the side of the bluff so they wouldn't interfere with the view. I had three other companies look at the project and decline it because it required repelling over the bluff. Sitkum looked at it and didn’t even blink. They showed up with thee people and all the right equipment to do this challenging job. They did the job in one day (and let me tell you, it was a hard job). Five months later, one tree started to push new growth back over the edge of the bluff. I called them and they came right out. They went over the bluff, trimmed that tree again and didn’t charge me for it. I’m going to use them to excavate 5 acres of forest I own. In my opinion, they’re a very good company. Their staff is nice, the owner is very knowledgeable about trees and plants and they have the equipment and knowledge to handle all sorts of jobs. I’d highly recommend them and plan to use them again.

The service trucks were not driving in accordance with the prevailing dirt road conditions. The owner refused to confirm for the neighbor which tree was to be felled along our boundary. The crew broke and toss the neighbor's surveyor stick marking the property line.
