if I could give them zero stars I would. I have been towed before, and I am understanding that tows happen.. (you will not find a poor review for any other tow company under my profile). But this company wrongfully towed my car and they refuse to admit that. I live in a townhouse under a HOA that, in the last few weeks, have been itching to tow everyone... even my husband while he was sitting in his commercial vehicle. My car has a slow leak in the tire and goes flat during the night.
Midnight of the 28th, they put a sticker on it warning me it would be towed. I don't drive much during the week, so I had not seen it. They towed it at around 5 am on the 29th. They gave me approx 30 hours before they towed it and insist I pay them $175 to get it out. They are predators. They recently circulated a memo stating cars with flat tires would be towed after 48 hours. After I told "Ms. Renee" at SLT Towing this she told me she'd look into it and call me back. When she called me back she said there is a note on that same memo that says it can be towed after the sticker has been placed on there from the HOA. The sticker placed on my car is from SLT Towing, not the HOA. I feel badly about how angry I got and condemning "Ms. Renee" to hell. But after a morning dealing with these thieves, I lost my couth. Ms. Renee could possibly be the devil and already reside in hell, but it is not my place to tell her to rot there. I apologize for that. This tow company is looking to make money and don't care if they wrongfully steal your car just to do so. I am still waiting for Mr. Turner to call me back, according to "Chris" and "Ms. Renee", he is the owner of this poor, money hungry, filthy, car stealing establishment
