I had the misfortune of breaking down this weekend and used Smith's Towing. After telling us they'd be there in 45 minutes it took 2 1/2 hours. After being quoted $50 to tow us to there garage, they wanted $92 when we got there. I had to play for a wedding the next day and calling them 5 times and never even getting a response as to even whether or not they could fix my car... I finally got a call at 7:30 that it was ready. I went to pick it up and the person that took care of me couldn't even work a credit card machine (luckily I barely had enough in cash to pay the bill). I barely got out of town when my "service engine soon" light came on so I ended up spending another night in town until I could get to a Ford dealer to properly fix my car. So I highly DON'T recommend them for anything.
