They manage my condo complex. Very available, calls & emails promptly returned, maintenance is thorough and in a timely fashion. They have done foundation work, roofed the whole complex, extensive plumbing work and their vendors are excellent.

When we had a wind downburst on our property that knocked down branches and balcony railings they were on-site and had the property fixed up rather quickly.

As stated below, this management company is indeed quick to blame others for their lack of oversight or follow up. They deal in bullying and intimidation tactics if you question them with retaliation being the end result if you dare to challenge them - especially if you are an older single woman. I am appalled that our current BOD continues to employ them and that I am paying part of their fees, even if it were only ten cents - which is more than they are worth. For the last several months I have begun hand delivering my monthly dues because I no longer trust them to be honest. If and when they prove themselves to be trustworthy, respectful and competent, I will revise my review but until then, this is what it is and if I could give them a minus 100 stars, I would.

thought I would chime in on some stuff. This management company is pretty bad. Example, they mis-filed a owners payment, ,then accused him of not paying, he showed proof, and there wasn't even an apology for the way they treated him. Also, their roofing contractors think plumbers dope is a good fix for a roof leak. Not only that within 6 months of taking over our HOA, he accused home owners of stealing electricity. Speaking of electricity, HOA had a electrician come out and look at wires in the common attic, came back showing pictures of bad wiring and told homeowners not to go in the attic due to sever fire risk. 2 years later nothing was done until many homeowners pressed on it. It turns out that the first guy was a crook, but it took HOA 2 years to have a second opinion on it. Now, would you want a company that doesn't care managing your house?

Poor management, poor contractors, quick to blame others.
