My mother in-law asked me where to take here vehicle for repair. I told her South Street motors. they are very good at there job and they are very fair with there prices. She was only getting 13 miles per gallon when the vehicle should be getting at least 18 mile per gallon. South Street found that the plugs were gapped wrong and that she had a couple seal leaks on the vehicle. They didn't try to say she needed plugs, they just adjusted the plugs and fixed the other problems. Now the vehicle is getting around 20 miles per gallon and it runs great. They could of said she needed plugs but they didn't. That is honesty and great service. I will always recommend South Street Motors.

I called up South Street Auto on a Tuesday night before the Thanksgiving Holiday with a problem on the front end of my sons truck. He came home from college for 3 days from Nebraska and had a front end problem with his truck. South street got his truck in on Wednesday morning and replaced the ball joints that were totally worn out and had it finished by the the time they closed early for the Thanksgiving holiday. I really appreciated them working us into their schedule to fix a major problem that could of been hazardous when my son drives over 1000 miles in 4 days. They are very reliable and professional. I will always give them my business from now on. It's hard to find a garage like this and I am happy to have one in Canon City. THANKS AGAIN GUYS.

I have an older classic car that I've restored and I appreciate it when people who work on it take care of it and treat it like I do. South Street Auto treats it like I do and the one time I showed up unannounced he was still taking good care of it. Highly recommended service.

South Street has always been great to me. Above all, they are honest, but their work is second to none. "Beware/Unhappy" (see only negative comment) says his truck was smoking and overheating when he took it in, and the shop damaged it? Ought to be "happy" South Street was responsible enouth to have insurance that paid him off! Don't understand that one.

South Street Auto has maintained many vehicles for me the past 15 years. Their work is reliable and prompt. Seldom has there been a need to follow-up on a repair and when that happened, they resolved it at no charge. I recommend them to other people all the time. I can rely on their work with complete confidence. They are as good as any repair shop can be. Other shops send customers to them to resolve tough repairs.

South auto has repaired my ford and always done a good job. If I had a complaint they would take care of it.

Been my mechanic for over 20 years. They have saved me a ton of money during that time because of their HONESTY and quality work. I've taken all kinds of vehicles to them and never been disappointed. I'v recommended them to family and friends with absolutely no hesitation and will continue to do so. Best shop in town. Best people in town.

We took our truck into South Street Auto to be repaired due to it overheating and smoking, what we got back was a truck that had been misdiagnosed and further damage done to it. South Streets own Insurance Company ended up totaling our truck due to the damages done by this Repair Shop.

I have done business with South St. Auto for several years, (since 1979). They have done work on my old 1974 Datsun 260 Z, (replaced head gasket) to my 1978 International Scout Traveler (or some people call it the Scout Tera). They have done excellent work on all the vehicles in my family, my Dad's 1993 Lincoln, my sisters 1998 Chevy Pickup and my 1992 Dodge Dakota 4X4. There have been several other vehicles that they have worked on over the years, these are just the ones most recently. They have always done good work at a fair price and the few times that it was something a little more than they could handle, like the automatic transmission in my Dad's 1974 International Scout Traveler, they have referred us to some one that could do it. They are the ONLY place that I trust to take my car or truck too to be worked on in this town.
