I've rented from them twice. The second time was because I thought they were helping me out. I had to be out of the previous apartment, that was through them, and I moved into a smaller townhome. After a week of being in the new place I receive a cleaning bill in the mail for a little over $200 for the old apartment. Me and my family spent Christmas day making sure the apartment was clean. On top of that they were charging me for a toilet seat which they had a picture of showing that it was there when I moved out. One of the cleaning duties the guy listed was cleaning the outside of the windows. By the time they guy got there to inspect my house, 2 days after I already turned in my keys, of course the outside of the windows would be dirty. On top of that it had rained the day before that. Not to mention their cleaning guy is also their maintenance guy. So on to the new place. I moved in and a month later discovered there is a leak from the upstairs bathroom coming through the ceiling in the kitchen. I called several times got no response. Turned in an excel spreadsheet of the problems I had discovered and had 2 or 3 things fixed out of about 11 problems. They sent the maintenance guy to my house 3 times who acted like I was lying about the leak, when I had a bucket in my kitchen filled with about 2 ft of water under the drip. Finally after the 2nd certified letter containing more photos and stating I was going to end my lease they sent a licensed plumber out who fixed the leak within 5 mins. Due to the leak though the house sustained mold damage. They sent a guy out who only scrapped the kitchen ceiling and repainted it. I feel sorry for whomever either rents it or buys its, it is up on the market to sell. They did not inform the owner of any of these issues I were having. Oh and you rarely ever actually talk to the Manager. 9 out of 10 times I always spoke to her admin. assistant. I am extremely displeased with them and would never advise anyone to rent from that company.
