Do not, I repeat, DO NOT hire John Southerland to do anything for you. I worked with him at the local school district and he did landscaping as his other job. He wasn't the cheapest, but heck, I worked with him right? He started the job with workers he picked up at Home Depot. His workers would show up early at my house and he would stroll in around 10am. Workers would sit around waiting for him to show to give them instructions on how to start installing a sprinkler system around my home. Some days he would not show up at all. What was supposed to be a 4 day job turned into months. Turned to days not showing up, then weeks. I would call and leave messages and even drive by his house to see if his truck was in the driveway...which it was. I had to send a certified letter to his house to fire him and threaten him to remove his trailer with equipment from my driveway. I had to then hire another company to finish the job. They had to figure out what he had done and where he left off, costing me so much more money than we had planned on paying. John Southerland, may you burn in hell.
