I had service through the city with Souther Disposal for several years. When they stopped going through the city, I continued service with them. When I moved and they did not service the area I moved into. I accidently sent them a payment of $60.00. I accidently sent it to them instead of my new service. That was well over a year ago. I have been calling at least once or twice a month trying to get a refund. All I am ever told is that, they put the note on his desk, and that he will call me back, (whoever "HE" is). They always say, they can not do anything accept leave "HIM" a note. This is crazy that I can not communicate with the person that can get my refund back to me, and yet he will not even bother to contact me back. This has been going on way to long. I would like to point out, that was not behind, nor did I owe them any funds when I stopped service with them. If you can find anyone else to service your area, you would be best advised to find them even if it cost more, as getting this company to do anything other than take your money and blow you off is like throwing money in a wishing well. THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR BUSINESS OR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
