Basketball Courts have no nets, and management has told tenant that they will not be fixing them because they feel not enough people are using them. That could have something to do with no nets.

Close To Fort Hood, yes we are about 10 minutes from posts East gate, if your not stuck behind the train.

Close To Shopping, it is close to a few small shopping centers

Lots & Rental, many need lots of work and are not maintaned. Be sure if you move here to do a very good damage list when you move in. Add everything!! They will try and tell you that the bigger things like carpet they cannot do anything about, then try to charge you when you move out. Also be sure to keep a copy of your move in report in a safe place. You might need it when you move out because they sometime lose your damage report.

Playground. there is NO playground here, there is a pool that has been shut down by the health department, and a basketball court with no nets or rims.

Programs, there is only one program here. It is free lunches for kids 18 and under during the summer that is provided by Killeen School District. It was almost shut down due to the management abusing it for they're own gain. It has since been taken over by many of the tenants, and is going strong.

School Bus, yes there is a school bus that picks up the kids.
