Southwest is the absolute worst!!!! I've been waiting all day for a tech to some out and the freaking customer services lines suck!!!!! I talked with 3 different people none of them were helpful or nice..... Nor compassionate!!!! You have your job because of people like me and I deserve more respect then what you were giving even the supervisor Jennifer was a RUDE lady and she liked to talk down to me!!!!!!!! You know how I felt?!? UGH!!!!! I'm frustrated and very UPSET right now!!!!!!! Thanks for NOTHING!!!
