Extremely rude, insensitive, unreliable and disorganized. After forty-three years my mother was on hospice at home dying and I was late on my bill. They sent it to collections, I paid it immediately, explained there were large notes on my front door that there was oxygen and hospice. The driver had our telephone number but never reached out. The main office up north apologized for to me and set up a date to pick up cooler as I no longer wanted their service. It did not go on my credit, we were set for a pick up of cooler two weeks out. The day prior to pick up Freddy called to put the pick up off until the next day. The next day he called and said that since I had not paid my bill (which I had) his boss told him to make us deliver it to a location 20 miles from my home. I saw 'FREDDY' and tried to flag him down, he knew the home well, he looked at me and kept driving. He just now hung up on me because I basically said everything above. NOT THE OLD SPARLETTES WATER. THEY DO NOT CARE! Get your water elsewhere.

Awful service with delivery and pick up. Even with a Costco discount it is over priced.The customer service representatives are rude and arrogant!!I give it a failing grade!!

I signed up through Costo and it has been a complete nightmare from the start, i was put on a small plan offered through costco for 3-5 gallon bottles a month but the driver would sometimes leave more bottles than he was supposed to which than put me into a different plan with a higher per bottle price not to mention a suprise monthly energy / delivery surcharge...the billing statements are always out of wack and the customer service is even worse, they are experts in giving you the run around. I no longer trust sparkletts and i am looking to costco for help to resolve this mess.
