Provided by YP.comWe recently needed a tree removed and called this service as we had passed a sign advertising their services many times. From the first call, our dealings with the owner were professional, responsive and expedient. Every step of the process - from the visit to our home to quote the project, to the scheduling of the job, to the actual execution of the job was done with promptness, professionalism and good communication. The price seemed fair - even a little less than I expected, and I must admit that since this company was so easy to work with, I didn't bother shopping around for additional quotes. We had never had a tree removed before, and we were not at home when they did the job, so we were not sure what we'd be coming home to. In my husband's words "They exceeded any expectations we had by far" - there was not a single stray branch left in the work area - really there wasn't a trace of them having been there at all with the exception of the wood we had asked them to leave behind for us to use as firewood. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone needing such work - I had anticipated there would be some headache involved in the process, and it turned out to be ridiculously easy and efficient. - Katie M., East Aurora

Provided by YP.comMike the owner said it would look like they were never there - where did all the ruts and holes and debris come from then? NO CLEAN UP - cigerette butts flung everywhere. Lots of promises and handshakes but no results. They refused to clean up and remove the debris, even the drink containers they threw in the bushes. Branches were all over the neighbor's yard and the sidewalk and street - quite the scene for the neighborhood to check out - very embarrassing. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE - YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!
This must be a competitor who is running the risk of being charged with slander. If I were to do a job in this fashion how am I in business for 12 year have an A+ rating in the BBB, get invited to the arborists society,be able to do volunteer work at the arborday project each year, get calls from Towns and municipalities to bid there work year after year (Town fo Amherst, City of Batavia, and NYS thruway authority for example.) and have the same employees for the past 10 years. The brush everywhere! I don't come to a job with a 20 inch chipper for no reason or did I not bring my logtruck or 1 of 2 chip trucks or 1 of my 3 bucket trucks, this must have been the day we walked to someones house to do tree work. RUTS! mmmmmmmmm I think that I spent over $8000 on matting to lay on lawns to prevent that. Drink containers in the bushes? Dont you mean BEER CANS! Come on dude you should of said you caught us smoking grass also. I cant beleve this is a customer It must be a competitor, and not a very good one at that. If somebody feels the need to slander somebody to get ahead of the compitition they need to find a new job, or learn how to do their job better. I advertise very little because most of my work is word of mouth. A company can't survive by doing poor work, Only if you advertise everywhere. Look around Im in 1 phone book not 2. Im not in the Bees, Buffalo News, on the radio or local TV. My advertisement is My work. MY refferences are my past customers not some special list. The Yellowpages called me to notify me of this poor review and had asked if I wanted it taken down due to my long reputable relationship with them. I said no. I want people to see my response to the review. Please take my unfortunate situation and please learn from it. There are many good companies in the tree business, its too bad that one non professional can make another proven professinal look so bad. Here are some sayings of Specialized Tree Service. 1. It's not the problem it's how you deal with it. 2. The costumer dose not care how hard the job was or how many times you got stung by bees, it's what dose the job look like when we are done. 3. MY compition makes my job so much easyer. If the person would like to call me to discuss the problem, I would love to talk to them. It's to bad maybe I could of made friends another competitor versus knowing I have a spitefull one.
