This company is terrible. Like there are no good days!! The dispatch lady is rude and ignorant. The cars are dirty, nasty, infected... Just a nasty company like how are they still running!!

Unprofessional cigarette smoking drivers that talk way too much. Always late or never arrives. Poor customer service.

They fired me because I am a diabetic and found a syringe for my Insulin in the van I was driving and had the nerve to treat me like a criminal. They refused to tell me why I was being fired. The owners don't care about the drivers or customers they see it as every one is replaceable. Evil has consumed them it's about money and money only it makes me sick how much I sacrifice for that company holidays,B-days, no family time on the road for a week at a time ect. They really didn't care if I died delivering product making drive up to 24 hours straight at times when I couldn't do it any more they made up something to get rid of me. they are liers and cheaters and God will deal with them in his time. Just Saying

Taxi was dirty but reliable.

Have given this company a few chances. The first time the driver took the LONG way to rack up our fee and the next time the driver showed up 20min late! When I called to ask where the driver was all the lady said was is he's on his way.

I have been a customer of their's for three years. I never had a problem up until this year. I had gotten one particular driver that drove horribly and even used their phone while driving. I reported them to the dispatcher and asked that this person never picked me up again. Well, they were sent to pick me up again and they actually confronted me. I didn't appreciate that very much and asked to speak to the manager, Leo, who said that he would return my call but never did. That should have been the last straw but I decided to give them a second chance. Well, they began hiring drivers that over charged me for rides and used their phones while driving. There are also two dispatchers, Casey and Jackie, who are very rude. Casey refuses to send a ride to me because she felt that I was rude for requesting the drivers that I actually like. Jackie told me not to ever call again or she'd ban me, one day after she called to say that a cab had arrived to pick me up...after I had been waiting over an hour and had already called another company. They are horrible all around and if I could give them less that one star, I would.

Next time I will just walk 20 miles to work..

Took way longer than advertised even though the product was not 50 miles from my home. Non helpful customer service and they did not do as promised.

I will never use this company again. Whoever they have answering phones in the late afternoons and early evenings is a joke! She is rude, hangs up on you and swears while on the phone! I have given this company numerous chances and still no change. If you call to complain to the manager, you are told they aren't in and you never get a call back. AND if you call and ask to speak to the owner...you're told they are on vacation till next month! This is very unfortunate that they chose to have this person on the phones because they have great drivers. I will make sure to let anyone I know not to use this company.

First off NO VISIBLE DISPLAY a of taxi drivers license or cab number! NO VISIBLE METER! so you don't have any idea of what you actually owe. didnt even help load or unload our luggage, open a door, say hello, NOTHING! and to top it off he obviously assumed we were not from rockford when he picked us up from the airport and took us the LONG WAY! do not use!
