I had been one of the lucky few people (apparently) to never have had a rock chip until the dark day of July 1st, 2012. I was slightly bothered by it, but I had a bunch of stuff to do for the holiday, and I didn't have time to take my car into the shop for what I thought would be a day or two. Well, by the end of July, my crack had spread all the way across AND all the way down my windshield. I knew I had to get it fixed. I looked around for a locally owned, independant shop. I am usually leery of large, corporate franchises, it may or may not be true, but I always feel the work is subpar. So I found Spokane Glass. I spoke with a guy named Larry, and he came right out. I was a bit surprised I didn't have to go to him as I originally expected. He had my windshield taken out, replaced, and road ready in the ammount of time it took me to watch an epioe of "Law&Order" on Netflix! Color me impressed! I would highly recommend Spokane Glass to anyone with the need to replace a windshield! Oh! And my Insurance said they were an approved contractor, so I barely had to pay anything out of pocket!
