Awful!!! There should be a 0 rating option for this company.

Anthony never showed up at the time he scheduled, and only called after I left him a message. He explained that he didn't get my appointment in the right book but remembered he was scheduled to to my windows. Then he had a sad story about his transmission going out in his truck or car, and his employee being hospitalized. I asked when we could reschedule, and he said to just get my money back from groupon because he just wasn't going to have time to do it. I told him it was my landlords groupon, and not sure if that was an option. He said it wasn't his problem and he again gave more sob story about how tough his life is right now and that there was nothing he was willing to do to resolve the situation. I told him that was not good customer service, and he hung up on me! Seriously, hung up on me. He refused to honor the groupon, which he has already been paid for, thenwas rude, then hung up on me. This company (Anthony) is rude, lacks integrity, has no respect, and doesn't even care.

Very bad service and attitude

We called Spotless a few weeks ago to have our tile shower stall cleaned as advertised by the company's truck mounted system. Wayne and his brother came this morning and stayed for one-half hour in which the brother spayed something (Wayne said acid) on the tile from a hand-held container (didn't use any truck-mounted system), then used a small brush and my hand-held shower spray to rinse it off. There are still mildew stains and soap scum on the floor, walls and door which I can scrub off with a scrubby and cleaner, but hoped to hire Spotless to do. Wayne said the shower was too dirty to clean. (It needed some elbow grease which he was too much in a hurry to address.) He was extremely rude to me (and to his brother, too) saying what did we expect for $79, but charged $115.58 (which included the "acidwash") for a very unsatisfactory job. My husband and I are in our 70s. I do my own housework, even to scrubbing my own floors on my hands and knees. An occasional professional shower cleaning is my one luxury. I was very disappointed, even intimidated in my own home by this *****. Do not use Spotless, the company and its workers are far from what they advertise.

Do not use this service

I would not recommend this service to anyone. First they came two hurs early without calling of any type of apology. When I booked the appointment I was told that I could use the current coupon for wall to wall carpet in one room and a flight of steps/upstairs hallway as the one room to be cleaned was below the 600 square feet maximum. When the work was completed the owner Wayne did not want to honor the coupon and ranted and raved that he didn't work for free and he would never come to my home again. He told me to call Stanley Steamer!! He then used derrogatory racial slurs. I was shocked and appalled at his behavior and he refused to listen to my side of the story as to why I was using the coupon. I then called Kathleen who I had booked the appointment with to advise that she needs to tell the workman what she had agreed to over the phone and she has yet to return my calls after 3 left messages. I have been a homeowner for more than 30 years and never has anyone in the service business spoken to me in that manner. The fact that the owner used this abusive tone with me gives a pretty clear view of the caliber of this company. They are unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs. Also the last time he was at my house he tied to upsell me on every service they offered -he is really obnoxious.

What a rip off!

I am very unhappy with this company. I called for a quote and was happy with the quote to get my windows cleaned. John hold me a price as well as all they would do as far as inside and outside as well as the window seals. We scheduled an appt and what do you know they never showed up. I waited at my house from 1-4 and even called at 2:00 to try to get a better idea of why time to expect them. When I called at 2:00 the answering service answered and was unable to give me any ideas of the time to expect them. At 4:15 I called back and was able to talk with John again he said the truck broke down and they weren't going to be able to make it. So we rescheduled. Two days later the technician called me an bad mouthed John saying he was new and didn't know the area and so we rescheduled again. Then a third person actually showed up and started cleaning the windows. When he was finished he charged me a price that was $70 more than what John had quoted me and he did a very bad job as my windows
