Upgraded IPhone to 6s at Creekside. Joshua was very thorough and helpful at that location. Beef is with Apple product. Software upgrade was the problem and spent over 3 hours on phone with Apple support to no avail. New phone, locked up and was phone less for 2 days. Was told could take into any Sprint location, but Creekside deferred me to Bus I35 location. This location fixed the problem but only after having to leave it with them for 2 hours at least. No problem, as husband went by to pick up phone before closing and someone accidentally unplugged it. Staff very apologetic and even gave me a "loaner" phone to use that was archaic and worked some of the time. They tried to make up for the inconvenience of having to drive back in to New Braunfels again! Jeanette, Royel, Courtnie and Aaron were all great and phone was unlocked saving all my "stuff". Have to give them credit for that! All were very nice, professional and courteous. Again, beef is with Apple products and not Sprint.

I recently purchased a phone at this store. From week one I was having to take this phone back because It would not unlock . Then came it would power off when I slid it open to text. also it would not allow me to retrieve my voicemail. The key buttons were not responding. And etc. I finally had enough and asked if they could either replace this phone with the same , or even a cheaper one as long as it worked without me having to take the battery out all the time to reset it. After all it was only a week old when I started having problems.The employee there tells me I have to talk to the manager in order to replace it . When I asked to speak with the manager , she or he didn't even come out to talk to me ,Instead told the employee for me to come back next week. I have been with Sprint since 2001 , and persuaded my family members to go with Sprint. When I called Sprint Customer Service they apologized and took care of my problem. I like Sprint service , but I will never do business with this store again. And I advised my family, the same. From now on my Sprint store is the Sprint Store at the Creekside Center.
