Provided by YP.comThis place turned down a suicidal person not once but TWICE. The so called "social worker" flat out said she did not want to help. Who does that? TO A SUICIDAL PERSON. And then I just went in for severe burns to the point where I cannot walk. I just lay down in the bed what do they do? Demand that I walk to another room that has not a bed but an uncomfortable CHAIR. Just a chair. When it is already so painful to even just sit up. Like what kind of hospital is this. Then the nurses were extremely rude. Didn't even offer water or liquids or anything when I was pretty dehydrated. I would make a trip to United or Regions before I visit there again. This isn't the first time that I have had problems. I really wish I could give 0 stars.

Provided by YP.comI have health problems and have had to have blood drawn 4 times in the last 6 months. I have gone to 2 Labcorp locations and 2 different doctors office labs. They have attempted to draw blood and have stuck me with needles many many times without drawing blood. St. John's hospital lab has been able to draw blood 4 times in 6 months with 1 or 2 attempts. They are professionals at finding my rolling veins in my arms that other places have difficulty finding. Great people working here!

Provided by YPmobileMy husband had to visit the ER and while I understand most hospitals require paperwork before treatment begins, this place was very slow to respond.
There were two other couples sitting in the ER. I'm not sure how long they were there, but we were in the waiting room for approximately 45 minutes, so I'm sure they had been waiting even longer.
Some nurses were better than others in terms of attitude. There were quite a few miscommunication issues that arose and we felt they could have done a better job explaining what they were doing. The nurse doing EKG came in and left with barely a word.
There were extremely long waits between visits from the nurses and doctor. Our emergency was a false alarm thankfully, but I worry about anyone who would need urgent care. By the time we left, the waiting room had exploded. It seems that this place lacks the necessary bodies or equipment to help patients in a timely manner. If the choice comes between driving to this hospital, which is closer or going somewhere 15-20 minutes away, I would opt for the latter.
