I finally post a review for the business since last summer. However, we bought a mobile home, and a week later, our 21-years-old AC unit is broken for good! I appreciated their services so much that they showed their care and hard work. They helped us with finance and communicated with us 100% (we are Deaf-they used e-mail, video messages, and writing paper). They even showed us water leaking under our house (even though it was not their job). We love our new AC unit! I highly recommend this service!

When we solved in our old house in Flint, the water heater conked out in January. Not good...Staley's was out that day to assess and that night to replace. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely affordable. I will recommend them to anyone.

Horrible Place-Rude Treatment.

I went in to get some parts and was treated rudely by one of the workers, Scott. I will NEVER give them my business again. I have told anyone i can about that guy. he doesn't deserve business the way he treats people. Employees like him need to be fired or retrained. People skills are important if you wish to keep customers. Staley's may think 1 customer doesn't matter but guess what? You won't be in business much longer if you allow employees like Scott to continue to treat customers poorly and think that it doesn't matter because it does.

Highly disappointed.

I called them for a plumbing issue I was having and they gave me a few tips on what to do myself before they came out the next day to fix it. After telling them exactly what was happening I set up an appointment for the following day. They arrived late for the appointment and then told me they didn't handle these kind of issues. Why would they come out knowing full well they couldn't do anything for me? Because they wanted to charge me for a service call that consisted of them walking in and telling me they don't do this type of work and leaving. $60 for less than 2 minutes. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
