Provided by YP.comFlowers in poor condition (old, brown edges on rose), and much less quantity of flowers than described for the price level. When I called to let them know the flowers arrived in poor shape, they were defensive and insulting - nice way to treat a first-time customer. Buyer beware.
We at Stanley's pride ourselves on the best quality for the money. We are sorry that our customer was not happy with the $27.99 arrangement sent to the funeral home, therefore we gave her a partial refund. As manager I talked to her for a half hour and listened to her comments.Unfortunately some of her concerns included substituting certain flowers that we didn't have on stock,as well as containers. Our website states our policy of substitution which applied to this peculiar order unfortunately. We are a family owned business in Ambridge and are not able to carry everything that is pictured on our website,thus the substition policy. Some of her suggestions we have decided to incorporate at the store and I thanked her for her input.
