I agree with both of the reviews below. I made one phone call to ask one question, and the lady was hostile and very rude. She then hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence. Definitely will not be using this company.

Hate to say it but the person below is right....Rodger in service is nice. But they really need to work on there customer service up front. I just got 3rd degree about bringing me a 250 gallon order. I felt like I was being harassed to even buy it from them. So find someone else till they get a better attitude in the front.

find someone else to do business with. Waco office staff are incredibly rude and hostile. They do not tell you all the fees up front. What I was quoted over the phone turned out to be much more once equipment was installed. When I disputed the charges I was treated rudely as if I was trying to rip them off.

The person who came to my house was very nice. I have no issue with him. Calling the office was another matter. First person couldn't give me any information, didn't seem to know anything. The man she handed me off to was insulting, condescending, and hostile. As I questioned charges he kept finding new fees that were not quoted up front.
