Rented a limo for 56-87 year olds to celebrate birthday with wine tasting at 3 Salem, OR area winerys. 1st limo, no one including driver could get A/C to cool passenger area. Changed limos (good) and same issue; driver could not get the rear A/C to cool us and it was a 90 degree day (26 Jun 2016). When we complained next day, Rocio accused us of making poor decisions (opening windows!) because we were drunk. Far from the case. AND they charged my CC for additional 1 hour when we were 5 minutes late returning home, that after we had waited more than 30 minutes at one stop, waiting for the 2nd limo to arrive. No one has ever apologized for the inconvenience and though we asked for a PARTIAL refund, we have only been insulted by Rocio. The receptionist even hung up on me when I called to register a complaint. Our group will NEVER recommend this company.
