Ridiculous don't waste time to call even if u don't use computer

Have been calling for two weeks now and only get a busy signal. I try all hours of the day. I sent an email to the governor and state senator about this.

Unable to contact. Called every several minutes for 8 hrs. Emails are auto-respond. Customer service isn't just poor, is non-existent. Will follow up.

This is very unprofessional and should be reported to the BBB. You can even speak to a human to see what's going on.
