watch your pocketbook!

Watch your pocketbook. They towed our car after an accident. They picked it up Saturday evening. They were already closed so we couldn't access the car. No way to contact them, no way to pick up the car. Then Sunday they were closed. By the time Monday morning came and they finally opened, we had a $120 storage fee. (Charged 3 days even though they weren't open those days, and charged us for the few hours late Saturday night and early Monday morning that they were closed. ) What a racket! Holy cow. Call someone else!

They got my vote

I'm sorry to hear other people had such bad experiences, but I can't help but think that some people are just too quick to complain....it's become the American way. I found these guys doing an online search and although they may not come off as being the most sophisticated, they are helpful and VERY easy to work with. First time was for a headlight assembly which turned out to be a perfect match for under 10 bucks! So I went again for an electric window roller assembly for 5 bucks! I've referred friends and family and they all agree it's a great place to get a part for your vehicle at a very cheap price.

Really???

Really??? Closed Saturday? When do they think people have time to fix their cars?

Horrible!!

I called to ask if they had typical parts for my car. After holding for a few minutes, over incredibly loud back ground noise the guy said "Uh... I don't know. You can bring your husband down to look." No thank you!

Very Disapointing

I just called to ask if they had a headlight for my truck and 5 seconds after i told him i need a light for a 94 chev he said, "nope, dont got it." no computer is that fast and looking at inventory! and he hung up on me! I dont understand how they're still running. i guess anyone can run a buisness these days.

I was just there

I went there and tried to find a brake cable and a steering box for my ford. The guy behind the counter acted like they really didn't care if I went back there or not. They gave me numbers of trucks that might have what I need but when I found them there was no way to get to the parts without climbing up in a very unstable place.I tried to open a hood while standing on another truck but almost fell.when I went back to ask someone if they could help find one that would be easier to get to he looked at me like I had just slapped him. I did not find any parts and I will never go back.

poor excuse of an auto wrecker

Definitely bring a few jacks an entire tool box and maybe several friends to help dig into the rubble. Now if you want a steering wheel you might get lucky. But if you want something like a drive line, forget it. Without getting a court order and maybe access to a front end loader you won't be able to get down and under and in or around the vehicles because they are stacked close and on top of each other and end to end and against fences. No wonder why they want you to pull the parts yourself, They can't do it themselves. Now comes the other part. They are a bunch of lazy pompous arrogant jerks and God only knows how they stay in business. They say "go out there and it's right there" They don't take you to it and help you get to where you can at least get to the part. They act like they really don't give a crap. Who ever gave them a good review is a liar and probably is a relative or works for them. If OSHA were to find out they required people to climb up onto a vehicle t

Not very helpful

I read all these reviews that they will help you find it if they don't have it and they maybe spent 30 seconds telling me they don't have what i need and also they have no clue where I could find it. Not any even a suggested parts store they could be a good price. I guess if they have what you need they will help you, otherwise you are no one to them

A Great Place to Get Cheap Parts‎

The yard is a little dirty and almost all the cars are double stacked but you can't beat the prices. The guys here will match and exceed any competitors price. A few quick phone calls and you will have yourself a smoking deal. They usual already have it at the lowest price around. A great wrecking yard
