I have a 1994 Acura legend and is very low, I wanted to get it towed to my favorite shop to work on it but was affraid that they might damage my car by towing it. I had two other companies decline to tow my vehicle because it was too low and they might damage my bumper ( I have a body kit on it). I called Statewide, the first tow truck that came was a regular wheel lift, the hook and go type, the driver explained that he couldn't do it with his truck because my car was too low, he could get the wheel lift on it but was affraid that it might damage the body kit when it came to bumps or turns, he was more concerned with the muffler hitting the ground, he told me that another tow truck would be coming. He was right, it only took them 10 minutes to have another one at my house, this time it was a flatbed, he lowerd the bed (yes, lowered the bed, I didn't know flatbeds had the ability to lower themselves through some kind of air suspension) he lowered the bed, and had ramps sitting on the rack of his tow truck! He loaded my car, lifted the bed, and away it went. In my experience they where very helpful and professional, I do feel it was my fault for not letting them know how low my car was. This company will always get my business :).
