Steam Team was prompt for my appointment. They gave me a 15 minute window when they would be there and he was. The owner was very polite and courteous. I very much felt at ease having a complete stranger in my home. He wrote up an estimate before he started doing the work, so there were no surprises. Last time I had a coupon for 3 rooms for 89.00 from another cleaner and by the time he added other charges it was more then Steam Teams price.



My carpets came out clean and soft. They also dried in 4 or 5 hours. I would recommend him anytime. A very clean-cut hard working person. He even changed a battery in a smoke dector that I couldn't reach. After he finished he left a bottle of spotter. He is also a firefighter, so he isn't available everyday, but if you can plan ahead it is well worth it.

Steam Team Carpet and Tile was very professional, prompt, and did an incredible job on both my carpets and tile. My husband and I thought we needed to replace our carpets because they were so soiled, but Steve got them looking like new. I will definitly be using his services again in the future!

Steam Team showed up on time and did a walk through on my entire house with me. I had a written estimate before they started working. I had several pet stains that came out and the carpet looked great. It dried in several hours and the carpet was soft to the touch. I will use them again!

My neighbor referred me to this company. My carpets came out looking new, even where the kids had spilled food and drinks. The owner is also a firefighter, so there isn't availability every day. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars. I trust them with the keys to my house though and would recommend them to my friends.
