UNRELIABLE - DON'T BOTHER!!!!! I contacted Gary to schedule an appointment. During the conversation I had asked about pet urine and whether he would be able to provide an extra treatment to the carpet. He said that it would not be a problem and referred me to an online product that he "always" uses. With him on the phone, I went to the referenced website which did not exist. Again, with him still on the phone, I did a more extensive search and found the site he referred to. Gary told me that there was an electronic pet product that he "recommends" to customers that would deter pets from using the bathroom and that I could also purchase an enzyme product to be used after his service. Neither products existed on the website. After this conversation, I should've known not to move forward with the appointment but I did anyway. We agreed that he would come out 2 weeks later.



On the date of the appointment I attempted to call Gary several times to confirm the appointment time but was unable to leave a message as the phone just stopped ringing. Approximately an hour before the appointment I was able to get through and he sounded almost surprised to hear from me or that we had an appointment. I asked him if we were still on for the scheduled appointment and asked when he would be at my home. He asked me what time it was and said that he'd be there an hour later than scheduled and gave me a 30 minute time frame. Gary and his assistant showed up 15 minutes after the time he told me, without a call indicating that he would be late. When he arrived I expressed my frustration about his timeliness and inability to call to let me know that he would be late. I let him know that his time appeared more valuable than mine. He apologized but appeared to brush it off as he kept looking past me at my living room. He asked if I was still interested in his services and I said I was not. He apologized again and was on his way.

Have used Gary for over a decade now, no one cleans carpet more thoroughly.
