I am very happy with their service. I was very concerned with urine spots and smell from my 3 animals (2 dogs and a cat) The previous carpet cleaner cleaned some of it but most of the spots came back in 3 weeks. Since my neighbor uses this company every year I decided to give Stericlean a shot. What a difference! They removed 99% of the spots ( 2 spots remained,but the technician told me it is from bleach my son used to try to clean it years ago) My biggest surprise was that the pee smell is gone! They even left some of the stuff so I can use it in the future if my dog pees again. Overall I was impressed and will for sure call them again next year.
