We had no idea what colors we wanted for the inside of our home. We just knew we no longer wanted white. Karen and Steve came over on their own time and helped us pick out coordinating colors for 5 rooms in our home. They worked with us along the way to make sure it all looked the way we wanted it. Thrilled is how we felt when it was all finished. Karen faux finished one of my living room walls and it looks fabulous. They also painted our home on the outside, carefully cleaning the siding prior to painting and fixing and caulking those areas that needed it before painting. The house looks fresh and new.



We couldn't be happier with Ehler's Painting. They are true professionals and extremely warm and friendly people who listen to your needs and offer helpful advice. In fact, they are painting two more of our bedrooms later on this summer and I look forward to working with Steve and Karen once again.

You will not find painters that are as helpful, trustworthy detail oriented as Steve Ehlers and his crew. In Sept. 2007, my wife and I had them paint our house. Prior to starting the job, they spent a great deal of time helping us pick colors that would look good. They made sure they stopped by a number of times after the job was done to make sure everything was done properly. The job was so good, that a few months later, we had them paint two rooms inside our house. In Feb. 2008, we had them paint our living room and kitchen. In each instance, they were extremely helpful in helping us pick colors. In addition, their attention to detail was amazing as they made sure every nail hole or small wall gash was repaired (at no extra cost!) prior to starting each job. After they were done, our house inside and out looked fantastic!!! They were also fun, friendly people to have around while doing the job.



Since our home in Gresham looked so good, we asked if they could paint our beach house on the Washington Coast, which was in BAD shape, paint-wise. It had always been white, which isn't good for a house at the coast. Karen worked with us to make sure we went with a color that would look "beach-like", but still be forgiving to the elements. In July 2008, Steve & Karen painted the house. Our beach house hasn't looked this good in years!!!



My wife & I have VERY picky when it comes to any kind of customer service. It doesn't take much for us to complain about poor service. On the other hand, when we find people who do a great job and we trust, we want to let everyone know about them.
