"Dissatisfied Customer!!!!!!!!!"

Their rep came to our house to assess the move (about 1/2 mile) and provide an estimate. The rep estimated it would take 4 hours but she didn't believe it would take that long. The estimate sounded reasonable and because we were moving a lot ourselves, we chose to sign the contract. She told us how long it took her to drive the distance from their location to our house but on moving day, it was twice as long. We were told that our doorways would be padded and the sofa and mattresses would be wrapped for safety, NOT! The move took a total of 7 hours. The movers were slow and it is a good thing that they didn't wrap the furniture or it would have taken a lot longer. Afterwards, I called the office to voice my dissatisfaction and was told that they would pull my file and the manager would review it. Still haven't heard any response from them. If I have to move in the future, I WILL NOT CALL THEM AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
