Once a Year We Will: * Check All Inside Faucets for Leaks * Check outside Lawn Faucets for Leaks * Check Under-Counter Pipes For Leaks * Check Exposed Hot & Cold Water Supply Lines Plus you're Water Heater: * Check Temperature & Pressure Safety Relief Valve * Check for Water Leaks on Water Heaters * Check the Emergency Cutoff Valve * Check the Thermostat Operation * Check and Clean Pilot on Gas Water Heaters * Check and Clean Main Burner on Gas Water Heaters * Check for Gas Leaks on Gas Water Heaters * Check Operation of Elements on Electric Water Heaters * Check Condition of Wiring on Electric Water Heaters You Will Also Receive: * Priority Service- As a service agreement customer, you will receive priority service when scheduling during normal business hours.
