Would NEVER hire this outfit again. The owner whom came out to do the estimate was professional.... but not the person he sent out to do the work. He looked (and smelled) like he just came off an all night bender. Didn't have his tools, had many excuses (and stories) for every little thing. Was extremely rude to me when I asked him to move his car. Actually had the nerve to tell us, "It takes a while for me to get moving. But a couple hours into a job... I get into it and start getting work done." Really not want a customer whom is PAYING BY THE HOUR wants to hear. When we called Steve, the owner, to complain.... he did not take our call. (His excuse... he had a headache!) Instead he resent the same unprofessional guy back to our house to try to renegotiate. Terrible terrible service.

called twice, two different days, left message both times because no one answered, never got a call back.Must not have been a big enough job to bother w/call back

We have hired Steves Quality Plumbing for every plumbing need we've had since 1998. Recenly we needed a new supply to our sprinkler box and a new hydrant installed in out front yard. Again, the service we received was second to none & would recommend this company with confidence to anyone! Mike

I have had Steve or one of his workers out to my home twice now for a variety of issues. They have ALWAYS been very professional and fast. I am very pleased with this company and do recommend them to anyone that needs a reliable plumbing service.

We had a leaking pipe to our sprinkler valves. Steve and his crew found that we needed a whole new water supply line. They did a great job and even installed a new frost free hydrant in the yard. They were professional and the price was fair and reasonable. We would hire Steve's Quality Plumbing again if we ever need a plumber. Thank you Steve!Mike & Maria

There is no way I would call this business. They are not open 24/7 they don't answer the phone on sat or sun and they don't answer after 8pm either.

Steve does a terrible job. His workmanship is that of a 8th grader with a broken arm. Don't call him or his co-business Express Water Heater they are a pair of rip offs.

They do a half job wanting top dollar. They send out un licensed plumbers. Check the workers on www.lni.wa.gov . Steve Calnek is the only certified plumber.

Just needed a small leak repaired. Finished the job quickly. Reasonably priced.

Steve has worked on my jobs numerous times and I cannot tell you enough that I would not want another plumbing company on my job site. They do the job well, clean up behind themselves, and go the extra mile every time they have the opportunity. You want these guys working on your next plumbing job, big or small!

They are very professional and were able to answer all my questions. Service was prompt, and I would recommend to all my friends and family.
