We have used Steve's Towing twice and I will NEVER use them again. The first time they told us they would be there in an hour. After an hour passes.. we call, they same 20 minutes, 30 minutes later, we call, another 20 minutes.. and so on.. ended up being 2 hours before they made it to us. the 2nd time we used them we called and they said an hour... they weren't here (see the trend?) call, they say 45 more minutes. Well, they actually DO make it in 45 minutes... but they have the wrong truck. So i just cancelled because there was no way i could get another truck in time to make it to the dealership. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
