I hired Rick to install the plumbing and a geothermal heating system in my newly built home. Throughout the job he kept assuring me that he wanted our interactions to be long term and I could call him with anything. He was great until he was paid in full. Once he was paid in full, he stopped taking and returning my phone calls. He did answer 2 calls after he was paid in full. The first call I made was to ask him to come back to tighten 3 of the 4 shower heads he installed as all were leaking. He reluctantly agreed and send one of his guys back. The second call was to install the thermostats on the wall as he left them hanging while the walls were being finished. He actually yelled at me over the phone and told me that I liked calling him on vacation and bothering him. To which I said that I didn't know he was on vacation and also reminded him that he offered to mount them 3 weeks prior to that. To which he said "that was because you owed me money at that point, but you don't now. I am not licensed in MA to hook up low voltage wiring and stop bothering me on my vacation" then hung up on me... very unprofessional. I have called him 4 times within the last 4 days and texted twice with pictures of a heating system valve that he had used electrical tape to install. He has yet to return my calls or texts
