My roadside assistance insurance out in a call for these guys to give me a tow, for a flat tire.

Jerome called to let me know it would be an hour and a half before a driver could get to me. Longer than I would like, but OK, if that's what it is, that's what it is.

He asked if I had a spare, and I told him I didn't. He told me I must have one because cars come with spare tires. Well, sure, but this is an 11 year old second hand car, so no, there's no spare.

After arguing with me about whether or not I have a spare, he then argued that he wasn't arguing with me!

I waited for two hours, then called my roadside assistance insurance for an eta, since it'd been longer than the 1.5 hours he quoted me. My case manager told me that she had just called them to find out what was going on, and was told that he canceled the tow.

So that jerk left me stranded for two hours! He could have told me that he was canceling the call, even if something came up after we talked, he had my phone number.

I will never recommend this place to anyone.
