Storey Wrecker is terrible. Don't use them. They are unprofessional and only in it for the money. Their website boasts of customer service, which is a joke! They did nothing to help when we had our car towed from outside our own home. We couldn't pay to get it back and now they have our car and are demanding we pay them $300 for towing it PLUS give them the title! We called trying to get some sort of help after explaining our situation and was informed we had no choice and was treated very rudely.



Don't use Storey unless you feel like being treated like dirt.
