Sprinkler Blow out, Damaged back flow check, left messages and text with photo,no return call, cashed check though.

Had an appointment for sprinkler start up and aeration and was waiting for them for 3 hours when I called and left a message as to what was going on.No one called me back that day or next day. So two days later I call back and leave another message saying how unprofessional that whole thing was. I do receive a call back and the lady on the phone said she was sorry and all they could do was reschedule .Really????? You have us waiting for three days to tell me that?
This has happened in the past but I thought one time its ok .We are long time customers and she even thought it was funny that I had to wait for so many hours.I do not recommend this business and they have the worst customer service.Who does that??? No show and no call??? I get it things happen but hey..
you need to call your customers. Will never be using them in the future or recommend their services.

i used them 3 times to cut our lawn, never cut it short enough so after 3 days it looked like it needed cut again. My biggest complaint- I asked for 2 small bushes to be trimmed, I was told they would handle it no issue. Let's just say that I am still waiting for someone to come back and address these bushes. I won't be using them again. Terrible customer service.

I was happy when they started. But then my sprinkler heads were broken and my gate was broke. I paid them for whole month aug then they didn't show up last weekend and didn't refund the 25.00 for not coming out. Very disappointed.

Sullivan lawn care has done work for us in the past, But this year to our surprise they came over and blew out our sprinkler systems without being called. For that reason I'll never use them again. Next year if they try that again not only will they not be paid but we might prosecute them for trespassing! Don't assume because I've used you in the past I'll use you in the future. I see this as an unethical business practice!

How does anyone get a hold of this place? I've been calling for WEEKS and they never answer or return my calls...

I have used Sullivan Lawn Care for my sprinkler blow out and aeration for 5 years now. They have always been courteous and their prices are great.

Great company. Prices are fair and excellent service. Have been using for many years and no complaints. Lots of referrals. Owner, Joe, great guy.

This business ignores 'no soliciation' signs. I would never use a business that disrespects and disregards my family and my home because that's the same treatment you get when you use their services. I have two 'no solicitation' signs on my home, one of which defines what it means. Today, I had to unwind a rubberband from my front door lever that contained their garbage. I wonder if the cigarette pack left on my front lawn at the same time was left by them also?

Scheduled Sullivan's to aerate my lawn, and I left them a check. They came and aerated my front lawn, but not my back lawn, claiming they couldn't get their equipment past my gate. They certainly took the money, but wouldn't return our repeated phone calls. My husband finally reached a woman, who said they would call us back, but they never did. Leaving messages does no good ~ they don't return calls! Not a good way to do business.

I have been using Sullivan Lawn Care for several years and I think they do a great job for a reasonable price. They are reliable, prompt, easy to deal with and honest.

We have a larger than usual lawn. I had called Sullivan and gave them the square footage and agreed on the price to do aeration and winterizer. The crew lands at door late and demands 30% higher than what was decided. I told him that I had talked to office about this, but without a word he just turns around and walks away without saying a word!!! Very rude behavior, and I will never do business with Sullivan again!
