I live in the Cottonwood area and was in need of some stucco work I called a few contractors and they provided very limited information on what procedures they were going to perform Rudy was the third guy I called and last guy I called he provided much more info than the first to guys and was really curteous spending time actually evaluating my project and not only saying okay its so much and will see you laterI was surprised when I saw one of his reviews here cause he was really good on timing and overall proffesional needless to say the job looks great the color matched perfectly and I couldnt be happier Rudy and his guys are true Stucco Artistthanks a bunch guys.Would hire again in a heartbeat

After receiving a bid to do the work, they did not show up. I called numerous times daily for 2 weeks with no call back or response to messages left. The job I needed done was small but they committed to do the work then left me high and dry. These guys will only do business with you if there is enough profit in it for them. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

After calling several stucco companies to come and give us an estimate, Rudy from Sun Valley Stucco was the ONLY contractor that called us back within a timely manner. He even pulled his car over to take down my information. He arrived on site within two days to give an estimate. He quoted us a few different options. We needed an estimate on fixing a few damaged stucco areas and changing the color of our existing stucco. Because another scheduled job was delayed, we were able to get started on ours within 2 days. Once Rudy began the work with his crew, he informed me that we had patches of wood rot around the house, because there was no water barrier installed between the stucco and the plywood. We opted to take off the existing stucco, repair the rot, and apply new stucco. The finished product is WONDERFUL! It looks like a new home. The work was completed and cleaned up within 2 weeks. We couldn't be happier with the work! I know Rudy and his team have loyal customers that use their company for work on homes and businesses in other cities and states because they trust his work and value.

After seeing the reviews on here, I called these guys and they were very quick to do a bid, but getting them to show up to actually do the job was a joke. Needless to say, after several phone calls, excuses, and promises to show up on a given date, I had to tell them never mind, because they never showed up. If you want the job done, or need it done quickly, don't call this company. This was a major waste of my time.

We just had Rudy redo the stucco on our entire house. During the initial visit, he was more thorough in seeing the issues than other contractors we interviewed, and he knew exactly where our problems were. His bid was good, he was always on time (I think the job was even finished early!) and they took great care of the surroundings during the work. They cleaned up after themselves really well, and of course, most importantly, the workmanship was just beautiful. My house looks better than it ever did when it was new. I really couldn't have asked for more--he exceeded my expectations.

I was in the market of buying a home and the home that caught my eye had some stucco issues. Perfect location and price. I had a few stucco contractors come inspect the property and give me some bids on the repairs.I called three listings (we wont say who) but they all had a theory of how this house would fall apart if I didnt use their very expensive services(doomsayers).I was disillusioned.My realtor called me a couple of days later telling me she had a bid come in at an affordable quote.We checked some references and they appeared to be satisfied so we closed the deal.Sun Valley Stucco Repair did a wonderful job in matching the repaired areas to what was okay on the house,clean up and courtesy.After they finished the project I had the stucco inspector revise my home and it passed with out a flaw thanks.

We were referred to Rudy at Sun Valley Stucco by our window guy. We had a few other bids but Rudy's price was better by far, and after talking to a few other clients who had Rudy do their homes we were convinced to go with him. Rudy made several trips to help us figure out what would work for our home and was very flexible during the remodel because we made several changes during the process. We did a stucco resurface, new rock and hardie board the process when as smooth as I could have hoped. Rudy and his crew showed up early every day and worked long hours to get the job done. My wife and I could not be happpier with the results, Rudy and his crew were awesome and cleaned up each day. I would recommend Sun Valley Stucco to anyone. Thanks Rudy our house looks Awesome!!!

Our house was siding and we always wanted to replace with Stucco. There was a windstorm in Utah about a month ago. It ripped half the siding off the back of our house so we figured now was the time to start looking at options for siding. We contacted several Stucco companies. Rudy responded the fastest, he was the most knowledgeable and offered the best price. We are so glad we decided to work with him. They did a fabulous job. Our house looks great and we would recommend them to anyone. All of our friends and family say our house looks like a brand new home. Some of the neighbors came over and asked us for Rudy's contact information. They did a fantastic job!

Showed up when they said they would and did the work they said that they would in an excellent manner. Couldn't be happier with the results.

I called these folks to trouble shoot a problem with the interface between my stucco and brick. They responded promptly and identified and corrected the problem. The quality of their work is superior. I will be calling them again to work on my other properties.

Hi!My name is Tracy and I recently had my home for sale in Sandy,Ut. it had been for over a year many lookers and no offers.Turns out my stucco was a major role in my house not selling so we hired stucco inspector to see how bad it really was. The resultsrequired a good amount of work.We started looking for stucco contractors and came across Sun Valley Stucco Repair and a couple others but Sun Valley in particular stood from out the rest.They pointed out every single detail that the inspector did with out even seeing the report and they even gave me a couple of days to have a reinspection before I gave them a final check.I've received more offers in last two weeks than I did since I posted my home making them to my opinion (The Real McCoys)

They said it would last for years. The plaster is cracking and falling off. and they won't return calls

My wife and I live in Sandy. We have been planning on remodeling the outside of our home for a few years. It was clapboard and it was weathered. We had a number of stucco contractors give us bids on the work. Rudy was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and gave us the best bid and the most confidence. The work was completed last week, and we could not be happier. Rudy and his crew were a pleasure to work with and the results are tremendous. We have a brand new house! The work was done efficiently, effectively, and customized to meet our needs. The best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Rudy went out of his way to make us comfortable with the process and went as far as to coordinate schedules with the soffit and fascia contractor to make the job go more smoothly. I would recommend Rudy and his crew to anyone.

My house looked like if it was going to crack in pieces due to all the excessive cracking but now its the best looking house in our area looks like if it was built weeks ago and not years ago.
