I had this company install a new air conditioner the second week of July 2006. Whenever they install a new product, they are supposed to remove the old one the same day up to 24hr later. It took 1 WEEK and at least one phone call a day to have someone remove the old unit. Also, to this day I have still not received warranty or proof of sale papers for my NEW unit. What happens if something goes bad on the unit? They can claim that it's not covered. The customer service that this company gives is meager at best. Much customer training is needed. I think their philosophy is that if they ignore the voice mail or messages, that the customer will get tired of calling and just go away. I figure that if I spend several thousand dollars with a business, they should be more that able to take 5mins out of their day to answer my questions. Once the techs leave your home, don't expect to be able to get a hold of someone in case of trouble.
