Said he wasn't interested in job as ceilings (two story foyer and vaulted bedroom) were too tall and he "didn't know how he would get up there". I would think electricians would have tall ladders. Probably should note in your advertisement that you don't do work if it's more than a few feet off the ground.

I asked Jon to come out for a service upgrade estimate. He was very prompt in reply and setting up an appointment. The list he generated for me of "required upgrades" far exceeded actual required upgrades including replacement of still functional and to code light fixtures. Also, Jon has advertised on this site 10% off service, 5% off listed on his website and mentioned neither of these in person and instead said "if you agree to accept this bid right now I will take 10% off." apparently forgetting he has offered 15% off through his web advertisements already. I will not be employing the high pressure sales tactics of Jon Mortenson.

I am 50% satisfied. My new microwave circuit is perfect.The only problem is I still cant run my space heater and my toaster oven on their same circuit unless I plug the spaceheater into a specific outlet and then sometimes it works and sometimes it still blows the circuit. A spaceheater used 12 of the 15 amps of electricity so its not Jon's fault.He brought Steve along to assist him and they finishedeverything in a short amount of time. Jon said it went smoother than he had anticipated himself so he is sending me a $50.00 rebate check. That's very fair. I willuse Jon Mortenson next time I need an electrician.

After getting bids for work to be done on my basement, I was left with the choice of which of the three to choose. I went with Super Electrical and am happy for it. He suggested money-saving alternatives I had not considered and completed timely, quality work. He gets my unqualifed recommendation

We have used Jon Mortenson several times and are extremely pleased with his work. First, he kept all his appointments; when he told us he would be there, he was there. Second, I could always reach him directly by phone. Third, he gave us estimates on cost and time that we could count on. Fourth, he is competent; we have never had a problem with any of his work. Fifth, whenever there was an especially difficult job, he figured out a way to get it done; two of our jobs were whole house rewiring/upgrades. Finally, he is just plain pleasant, gracious, and easy to talk with. In our opinion, he is the "Go-to Guy".

Jon's work is excellent. He is clean and careful. He always had the power back up by the time I got home from work. I had Jon upgrade my service from a fuse box to a circuit breaker box as well as upgrading my whole house to current code standards. As the electrical inspector told me . . . "I hardly have to bother checking Jon's work. He always does a great job."
