Don't know why this scam of a tow company is called a tow company. They're nothing but car thieves.

They are contracted with the rivertrace apartments to pull cars not on the list. They are nothing more than car thieves..

Well I do believe that these "apartment complexes" are getting kickbacks from this towing company. It sounds like a set up also. As well as Rivertrace not lighting their parking lots, then having this money hungry towing company randomly drive through at any given time to "see" who/what they can find possibly parking on the white line or double parked. If the other residents and/or visitors would park straight then this would not be a problem. I believe the apartments should be held accountable as well as Superior! Oh and their idiot supervisor is just that an idiot who is only out to make a dollar.

I advise EVERYONE who lives in The Trails At Mt Moriah to take a picture of your parked car EVERYTIME you park it because these rude unprofessional money hungry rednecks will tow your car unauthorized. Then charge you ridiculous amounts to get your vehicle out! These are the most horrible people I've ever had to deal with in my life. They will tow your vehicle and lie about how and where you parked. I'm so surprised they are still in business. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone! Beware people.

This company is a horrible company ran by some disgusting, lying rednecks. Everyone claims to be the manager, don't know military time but will argue you up and down as if they think they are educated, the sign and the incompetent worker asked for a title or registration or ten dollars to look my info up, but accepted an oil change receipt to prove my car is mine. He was very rude, cursed and obviously had no clue what he was doing. I am all for hiring family members, but make sure they can comprehend and know how to be professional. He didn't know what registration was, couldn't tell me what papers he needed and changed his story on why my car was towed. They had no proof of their prices, no credit card machine. Stay away from these crooks!!! Gave one star because I had to.

These people are horrible...True enough I did get my car towed for parking in a handicap zone but that is no reason for somebody to disrespect me and call me out my name...I never even raised my voice...I said your right mamm but could i set up a payment...She said "What the F we look like??A Loan Company??" Hold up, Im man enough to accept responsibility for my action but disrespect was uncalled for...You all should be shut down immediately and reported...ASAP

BEWARE of this company. It is run by unprofessional employees. They will illegally tow your car. When you try to call them, the woman will not tell you any information about the business or where your car is. I had to get the police involved. The business is no longer at Millbranch. It is run out of her car on Viscount Ave. Avoid this company at all cost. They are extremely rude and ignorant. If they tow your car, expect a fight to get it back.
