I want to thank you and the guys for a great job. As you know, the
lightning strike happened a few days before we were to put our house up for
sale.

After your thorough inspection, the structural damage was much worse than
expected. The entire chimney was on verge of collapse. While we were in
Europe, you were able to figure out way to start the next day.

By the way, one of the other chimney contractors we spoke with gave us an
option of wrapping the damaged chimney in aluminum siding.

Your team did an excellent job and the new chimney looks beautiful. They
endured some very hot days. We put our house on the market yesterday.

Received an estimate, but never came to do the work. I received a call stating they ran over time with other jobs and they would contact me later to set up another appointment, which never happened.

Last summer, we have our roof done by this company. We called them to fix a leak, but ended up waterproof a chimney, replacing 1/2 of the roof, some gutters. This year, the leak happen again. I called the company because there is two years of warranty. The manager is not happy when I told him the story. He said because there are so much snow this winter, the warranty doesn't cover. At the end, he agreed to send someone over this Tuesday to prove that the damage is cause by the snow. But, they never show up. The reason I pick this company over others because in their website, they put "100% customer satisfaction". I regret my decision for spending $2500 and the leak is still not fix. I agree with previous review, the manager is very rude when ask for warranty. They are not trustworthy, and treat customer like a dirt when things doesn't work. Stay away from them.

Do not go with "superior". If you question why they are late or question anything with their service, you are met with insults, cusses, and immature behavior. Believe the horror stories. This guy has an F rating on BBB for a reason.

I had a pleasant experience with this company. They were on time very informative and did the job well. I priced around and had a few companies come to my home for estimates. I felt the most at ease with superior! I recommend their services!

I paid $1980 for a roof repair job (for a flat roof) that carried a 24 month warranty. Within 2 months of getting the work done (completed in May, 2011) my roof started leaking again. After over a year of battling with them and having several service calls where they came out and did another patch job), I was offered a credit for the amount I paid to go towards the price of a new roof. Once I agreed to this credit and asked for an estimate, I was cursed out by the owner, Mark, who never honored his own words and never provided an estimate. I got a new roofer who provided me with a brand new roof for less than what I was charged (with a 7 year warranty) and also provided me with pictures and details for the patch job that this company did. Now I realized why he wouldn't give me a credit for the $$ I paid him. Because he knew the price of a new roof was less than what I paid! For $1980, all I received was a $50 can of tar smeared on my roof!

My family and I have been coming here for years. They've always treated us right here. I couldn't be happier with their work. Thanks for the years of wonderful service.

I call Superior today do to the fact I had no heat. They has someone at my home within a half hr. The tech look at the chimney and it was collapse which was causeing it not to let the gases leave the house. They installed a new lining system and had my heat up and running with 2 hrs. Thanks you guys very much. I will let all my friends and family know when ever they need something who to CALL
