Overall great experience used an Travel Agent for the first time and although I was worried in the onset it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We had an outstanding vacation to Scotland/Ireland and would not have been able to do it without this agency. They are very worth the time and we will use them again most deffinetly.

My Family and I just got back off from our first cruise. We had a pleasant experience over all. We use Superior Cruise & Travel to help us since it was a group of us going for the very first time. Agent found us a good deal and she put our rooms next to each other, which was nice. Looking forward for our next year cruise! Thanks for all your help :)

Hello All. My name is Tiffany. And let me just tell you all how great this Agency really is! So I was the head leader in making a big family reunion cruise happen and I was in over my head. I looked up a cruise on line out of NEW ORLEANS and I had a head count of about 50 people! All of them wanting different prices of cabin types and such. My family was driving me crazy and I knew I needed help! SOS. I came across Superior Cruise and Travel. They were amazing! I got the group department and they made their job look so easy. The Agent helped me get all the different types of prices and gave me different quotes. They allow me to make low deposits and the agent I worked with was so organized and efficient.I was beyond happy I found them. We had a great time and nobody got sea sick!

Disney experience was spot on they gave us better rate then Disney direct and we did not have to wait on the phones forever to speak with someone. Also their payment plan was much better then Disney so I would prefer using these guys again

Booking through this company was really easy. They helped me plan out my destination wedding for me and about 30 other guest. They gave all of us a great price. I will use them again in the future.

A group of us planned a Summer Vacation this year. We used this company for the first time. We had never used a Travel Agency before so we weren't quite sure how it all worked. I was the appointed the head coordinator to find the "best deal" possible. Of course I looked on-line and stumbled upon many different websites and compared prices. I also heard you can get better deals and payment options going through an actual travel agency. So I called Superior Cruise and Travel and I was so Happy I got an Agent who was fun, happy-go lucky, and was experienced. We stayed at the Grand Oasis in Cancun and had a Blast!!!

I recently booked a vacation package with this company. I heard really good things about them. I retired last year and well I had a few trips in mind. I started to do some research myself and quite frankly I started to get a bit frazzled. So many options, So many choices, mixed reviews, etc. My friend actually told me that she used a Travel Agency who helped her plan the whole thing. She said her Agent was so helpful and pleasantly patient with her. So I decided to call the Agency and this is the company we went with. I am so happy my friend suggested it because I had the most pleasant travel agent I could of asked for. The agent gave me a real good deal on a trip to St. Lucia, we stayed at the Grand Sandals Property and it was pure bliss. A very nice way to start my retirement! I am planning a trip to Europe next year and I can't wait! I highly recommend this Agency.

I took my family on a Disney Cruise to the Caribbean in Dec and we had a great time. The cruise was a great experience for my wife and I and our teenage kids loved it. These people did a great job planning and recommending this cruise and cruise line, so I wanted to say thanks.

I booked a trip to Punta Cana back in December. My booking process was super easy and my agent was awesome! We just got back a week ago and our trip went just like we had planned except for the fact that I forgot my new camera. My agent called the hotel over and over again until they found it and mailed it to me. I really appreciate everything you guys have done and we will use you again in the future!

Rome Vacation was outstanding, we have worked with our agent Fred on a few trips Hawaii, Paris and now Rome. This is the first time we have left a review each time our trip was amazing but this last one is one we will never forget. He suggested specific areas we never would have chosen and it was truely a trip of a lifetime. We will never use another agent as Fred has been so patient with all of our questions and a pro from the get go. If you want someone to plan your Europe or Hawaii trip we highly recommend Fred.

I just came back from a Disney World vacation. I was looking for an Agency who could help me plan a trip since we never been… and they held me pick out a property that my wife and kids ended up loving! Our many concern was not being able to pay the trip all at once, but my agent gladly told me that since we were planning so far in advance all we had to do is put down a deposit and we can make little payments here and there. I liked the flexibility and also liked the fact that I could reach my Agent quickly and it was just an easy process and I will use you guys again!

Our experience with our agent was outstanding, he was prompt, knowledgeable, and gave us a good price with outstanding customer service. We planned a Hawaii vacation and Fred did an amazing job, he is a huge asset to this company and we sent a letter to the manager to advise them of this.

I was excited to use this travel agency because I read so many great reviews. My experience with them hasn't been as good as many people claim. I talked to Daniel on the phone and he was very attentive and nice about a trip over Christmas 2017. I sent him the information needed so he could get started. This was on February 7th, 2017. The following Friday, I emailed him just to check up on how things were going. He emailed back and said that he would have some info later that day. Well, I never heard from him. I gave him another week and emailed again just to check in and have not heard from him since. I just sent off another email just to let him know that if he could not help me to let me know so I could move on. Well, guess what? I did not receive an answer. For this reason, I cannot recommend this travel company to anyone else.

This trip was everything we hoped for, We went to Beaches Turks & Caicos and it was SOOOOOOOO amazing, thank you, thank you, thank you
