Provided by YP.comA crew was supposed to show @ 10am on Wednesday to locate and check my septic tank. They called @ 9:30 saying their truck was broke. I agreed they could come after they fixed the truck. They showed in the afternoon but was unable to locate my tank. They agreed to come back on Friday 10am. I called the office Thursday and advised Roy what was going on. He informed me then that the price would be almost double what was originally quoted because of using a locator to find my tank (I guess the crew "accidentally" forgot to mention that to me when we rescheduled). I agreed to the new terms. Friday 10am came and no crew. I called the office and the lady that answered had no idea the crew was supposed to show at my place. Very poor communication between office staff and service staff. Have no intention of using their services again.
