This is my first time doing a heating project. The job was done in a timely manner.

I dont usually write reviews but I felt like I needed to. I just bought a foreclosed home and know next to nothing about ac/heating units. I was told by the housing inspector that I was going to need a bunch of work done to get the heating units working. I was referred to Suttleaire HVAC from my boss who said they are great down to earth people and been in Anderson, SC forever. The guy I think his name was mike came out and did his own inspection and had to force light or something like that the heater element and not replace the massive amount of equipment that I was lead to believe. All said and done I just had to pay the regular hour fee. I would use Suttleaire HVAC every time. Stop looking for a place and give them a chance. I am glad I did!

I called for a second opinion after I was told I needed a new a/c unit for $6000. Suttleaire HVAC came out and gave me a free second opinion. They looked at my unit and explained I only needed to replace condensor fan motor. My unit is only 6 years old and is in great working condition except for the condensor fan motor. It took the technicians less than 30 minutes to change the motor and I definitely saved lots of money!!! Those big companies out there only want to sell you a new unit for big profit. Suttleaire HVAC is a smaller company and family owned and they are not out to rob people. Everybody was nice and Brigitte was pleasant on the phone. Suttleaire HVAC installed the equipment in our home less than a year ago, so that is the reason we contacted them. The technician was excellent in every respect and fixed the problem to our satisfaction.
