I arranged TLC Mobile Groomers to come to my house to groom my two dogs. They were told ahead of time my dogs were large and had long hair. I was told the price could go up by $10 if the dogs took extra effort to finish.The workers showed up early (which is good), looked at both of my dogs, took them into their van. They said nothing about the state of my dogs' fur.Almost two hours later, they handed over my first dog - who was groomed/clipped very nicely. Then they told my husband they "couldn't finish" my second dog and that they "would have charged double" if they had known how hairy my dogs were. (Does anyone pay $200 to groom a single dog? Really?)My husband paid them $200 for both dogs. Our second dog was still wet from her bath - we assumed they had brushed and clipped her.Upon closer inspection, we discovered they did minimal clipping of her hind end and took very little fur off her. She has been shedding like crazy since their visit. I could have done this myself, and saved myself $100!I called twice to see if they could return and come to an amicable solution this situation.They have not called me back.This is beyond unprofessional.Use them at your own risk.
